Fellowships IBPI is committed to fostering a new generation of transportation professionals who are holistic and context-sensitive in their approach to transportation planning and design for bicycles and pedestrians. Thanks to the generosity of Rex Burkholder and Lydia Rich, and Alta Planning + Design, we are pleased to offer two scholarships for the 2009-2010 academic year. Click here for more information. Cycle Oregon is providing a student scholarship that will cover the registration fee! Please use this registration form to apply.
