The IBPI research team includes: Jennifer Dill, associate professor of urban studies and planning and director of the Center for Transportation Studies at Portland State university; Marc Schlossberg, assistant professor of planning, public policy and management at the University of Oregon; and Karen Dixon, associate professor of transportation engineering at Oregon State University. Lynn Weigand is the Director of IBPI. She completed her doctorate in Urban Studies at Portland State University in 2007. Her primary areas of research, teaching, and work experience include community design for active living, local transportation planning, and park and open space design.
Ryan Gratzer is IBPI’s program administrator. He's an active bicyclist, with a bachelor's in sociology, and experience working in libraries, as a journalist, and as a mental health worker. He is currently taking classes in PSU's Graduate School of Education.
